The lunch policy is that lunches purchased on Monday cost $3.00.  Charged meals and lunches ordered any other day but Monday cost $3.50.  Order forms go home each Friday for the following week and are to be turned in with payment for the entire week on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
